Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - 2010 per week

Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program:
Medefis Program
- Hawaii Health Systems Corp
- East Region.

Required Skills/

Experience:

Must be able to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations.

Unit Details:
Provide continuous airway management, ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management and support, physician consulting, CPR, and all aspects of respiratory care. Uses Pyxis medication management, PB 980, PB 840, V60, and Para Pac transport ventilators.

Shift & Scheduling:
Holidays as required.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
