Physical Therapy - PT Inpatient Rehab Role:
Provide inpatient rehabilitation physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:Assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:Valid physical therapy license, strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently within a healthcare team.
Key Duties:Deliver evidence-based therapies, document patient progress, collaborate with medical staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
This role requires no float or call duties, with a schedule of rotating shifts and a standard 36-hour workweek.
