Rehab PT - Acute ​/ Inpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with primary experience in ACUTE Inpatient settings, including ACUTE REHAB and secondary experience in ICF/SNF Rehab. The role involves evaluating and re-evaluating residents/patients, and planning and implementing ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by physicians or specialists. The therapist must provide consulting services and work with equipment in an EMR system (Meditech).

Qualifications include a Hawaii License (if not currently licensed, must obtain upon acceptance), minimum 6 months relevant work experience with adults, and BLS certification. The position requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hospital needs.
