This position may work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy (T)

Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a Radiation Therapist

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

2 years of progressively responsible imaging technologist/specialist experience

Proficiency with Varian True Beam linear accelerator and ARIA EMR

Ability to treat 25-30 patients per day

Experience in treatment modalities: 3D, IMRT, SBRT, electrons

Independently perform a variety of radiation therapy treatments, simulations, and treatment planning.

Fabricate specialized treatment aids according to physician prescriptions and instructions.

Assess and interpret patient data to identify age-specific care requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines in radiation therapy.

Must arrive the Thursday before the start to attend an employee health appointment on Friday.
