Crossroads Behavioral Health is a well-established, thriving group practice in Kapolei, Hawaii with a strong reputation for providing exceptional behavioral health care across Oʻahu. Due to continued growth and a steady stream of referrals, we are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our collaborative team.
Once credentialed with our insurance panels, you'll be able to begin seeing patients from our established referral network—allowing you to build a full caseload without the burden of finding your own clients.

Our practice offers the best of both worlds—the autonomy of private practice with the stability, resources, and support of an established group practice.
You can expect a salary of $140,000 - $240,000 depending on your workload.
About You
We're looking for a Psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate values collaboration, maintains the highest ethical standards, and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in Clinical Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapies for diverse emotional and behavioral concerns.
- Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health treatment across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing care planning.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current Hawaiʻi license as a Psychologist, or eligibility for licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
- Commitment to culturally responsive care, including sensitivity to the diverse communities of Hawaiʻi.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a group practice setting.
