Schedule:

Variable shifts, 40-hour workweek, with call when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-time sonographer in an acute hospital setting.
• One contract or more experience.
• Active ARDMS certifications in Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB), and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• Active BLS certification, must be AHA certified.
• Proficient with Meditech EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures including abdominal, gynecological, obstetrical, and neonatal assessments.
• Conduct ultrasound-guided aspirations, biopsies, and drainage procedures.
• Utilize advanced imaging techniques for vascular assessments.
• Ensure high standards of patient care during procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate imaging results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures performed.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday.
• Dress code:
  Personal scrubs and healthcare professional attire.
• No RTO will be granted in the first 13 weeks of the contract.
