Travel PT-Home Health jobs in Hilo, HI offer 13-week contracts with Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts and 40 hours per week. You must have a Hawaii physical therapy license. Home health experience is preferred, but strong PTs willing to commit to a 26-week assignment will be considered. You will cover 25-30 points per week, use Homecare Homebase EMR, and may have possible on-call duties.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in their homes, developing individualized care plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting visits. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
