This is a permanent, employee-based opportunity to practice in an established, collegial program while enjoying an affordable island lifestyle. About the Practice Physician onsite overnight Moderate acuity patient population Median night admissions: 6 - 10 No procedures required Epic EMR Must have NP/PA hospital medicine experience Schedule and Commitment Flexible full-time scheduling: 7-on/7-off or alternative arrangements available 120 - 180 hours per month required for full-time status Nocturnist hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am This opportunity is ideal for hospital medicine advanced practice clinicians seeking a stable nocturnist role, strong physician collaboration, and the chance to live and work on the Big Island without the cost pressures of other Hawaiian markets Interested in learning more?
