Under the direction of the Manager of Operations, the Component Laboratory Supervisor (CLS) is responsible for performing, documenting and reviewing all tasks associated with the manufacture of blood components while managing staff, coordinating daily workflow and ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks within the Component Laboratory.

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Weekends as needed
• Monday-Sunday
• Hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is a must.

• Promotes company values and organizational goals

• Supervise daily Component Laboratory operations and staff
• Leads, coaches, and evaluates staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and SOP requirements.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, quality control, and process validations.
• Investigate deviations, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promotes teamwork and support colleagues.
• Encourages positive team culture and engaement.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Preferred Bachelor’s in Science in biological sciences or related field

• Three (3) years’ experience in health-related field.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Preferred management experience of a health-related clinic/branch
• Preferred Blood Banking Experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $52,000-$58,656
