Key Responsibilities

• - Evaluate patients physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
• - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• - Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• - Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• - Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• - Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• - Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides.
• - Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• - Discharge patients with individualized maintenance and self-management plans to support long-term recovery.
