• Engage with guests consistently and follow the Service Promise and Service Essentials
• Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Escort guests as required
• Be knowledgeable about all aspects of products, treatments and the facility
• Assist guests in the correct use of all facilities; sauna, steam room and fitness equipment
• Provide information and literature about the facility in person and via telephone
• Collect suitable form of payment from guests for services rendered
• Operate the point of sale system and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Assist guests with treatment bookings and scheduling; give tours of the spa as required
• Ensure the smooth operation of reception and complete all shift duties
• Respond to inquiries by phone and in person with complete details of spa, salon and fitness aspects
• Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of equipment
• Maintain the facility in peak sanitary conditions at all times
• Maintain locker rooms and linen inventory; distribute linen to designated areas
• Remove dirty linen to holding area and report shortages or discrepancies
• Assist guests with the use of sauna, steam and fitness equipment
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries
• Maintain a well-presented personal grooming standard
• Follow all standards, service essentials and procedures set out by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts

• High school education required; 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in a Four or Five Diamond environment
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak); intermediate math skills; basic Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
• Physically active role requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional bending or climbing
• Good vision (close, distance, color, depth perception, focus adjustment)
• Work typically in a quiet office environment with occasional outdoor exposure
