Aboutthe Role
Responsible for the overall management of the Reservations Department. Assist Director of Revenue with Revenue Management activities of the resort to achieve budgeted goals; understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield.
What You Will DoManage the day‑to‑day operation of the reservations department (function as resource for reservations sales agents; handle reservations sales calls; problem and conflict resolution; scheduling).
What You Bring- Minimum of two years’ experience in a rooms‑division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization, preferably Reservations.
- Comprehensive computer and analytical skills; superior guest service and salesmanship skills.
- Proven success in a previous rooms‑division management position; ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English.

- Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000

- The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty‑four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
