ExplorUS in Hawaii is seeking a Night Porter to keep the kitchen BOH area clean, safe, and organized overnight. You will wash tableware, sanitize equipment, restock areas and maintain floors and walls according to safety manuals.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Serv Safe certification preferred.
Experience:
none required; must be able to work various day/night shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
