Acts aswelcomingagentfor all incoming and outgoing guests, including recognition of VIP, return guests, and club floor guests. Coordinates all bellman and driver activities.

Assistsin arranging transportation forguest. Controls bell desk and Lei issuing to guests.

• Greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo and offer Leis.
  
  Escorts guests to the front desk and introduceguestto the Front Desk Agent.

• Maintains detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries,amenity/weddingdeliveriesand all necessary back up.

• Assists Door attendant in retrieving valet tickets.

• One to two years luxury hotel experience in luxury hotel environment, rooms division preferable.

• Reading,writing, andoralproficiency, communication skills, strong customer service. Working knowledge is generally learnedon-the-job.

• Requires knowledge of the ability tooperatecomputer equipment.

• Ability to read and speak and write English.

• Temporary Fulltime
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
