Talent Acquisition – Engagement Partner

• • Manage all stages of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• • Ensure timely and effective hiring across all departments and levels
• • Conduct initial interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process
• • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and long-term talent pipelines
• • Identify and leverage effective recruiting channels, including local, national, and niche platforms
• • Partner with managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• • Provide support and input on interview practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
• • Support the development of interview guides, rubrics, and consistent hiring practices
• • Ensure a responsive, professional, and engaging candidate experience
• • Represent Pacific Quest authentically, communicating its mission, culture, and expectations clearly
• • Support the development and improvement of job postings and recruitment messaging
• • Maintain accurate records and reporting within the applicant tracking system
• • Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• • Maintain and update recruitment processes, tools, and documentation
• • Conduct periodic audits of sourcing channels, job postings, and hiring workflows
• • Coordinate and evaluate employee engagement and retention initiatives
• • Partner with HR and leadership to support onboarding processes and timelines
• • Provide training and guidance to managers on recruitment processes and best practices
• • Assist with employee appreciation events and celebrations
• • Perform additional duties as assigned

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience using applicant tracking systems

Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
