Job Description
We currently have a Printer Support project available for Compu Com Fuji printers in Hilo, HI.
This is a dispatch-based opportunity, meaning there is no fixed schedule. You will receive work orders as they come in and can accept jobs based on your availability.
Scope of Work- Installation and setup of printers, kiosks, and scanners
- Break/fix support for Fujitsu/Compu Com devices
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Repair and replacement of components (rollers, trays, fusers, sensors, etc.)
- Preventive maintenance and cleaning of devices
- Support for kiosk systems (printer integration, basic functionality checks, resets, and testing)
- Basic network configuration (IP setup, connectivity, and print/scan sharing)
- Resolution of error codes and performance issues
- Documentation and proper closure of service tickets
- Completion of a short online training
- Availability and responsiveness when dispatch calls come in
- Basic toolkit for printer and IT support tasks
