Overview
CCI is seeking a Solution Architect / Security Lead to define and guide the architecture for a secure, scalable, AI-integrated public sector platform. This role requires experience designing modular web applications, secure integrations, API-based systems, scalable architectures, and privacy-conscious technical solutions
.
This role is best suited for candidates with architecture experience in government, education, health, workforce, or other regulated environments
.
- Define solution architecture, deployment model, environment strategy, and technical standards
- Design secure, modular, scalable platform components and integration patterns
- Guide API strategy, authentication/authorization, logging, monitoring, and technical controls
- Support architecture decisions related to data handling, performance, scalability, and operational readiness
- Provide security-oriented technical oversight throughout implementation
- Collaborate with project, BA/QA, AI/data, and development resources to maintain technical alignment
- Support technical reviews, risk identification, and implementation planning
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical architecture roles
- Proven experience architecting enterprise web platforms with secure integrations
- Strong experience with APIs, system integration, access control, modern application design, and secure delivery practices
- Experience working in public sector, education, healthcare, financial, or other compliance-sensitive environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience supporting AI-enabled platforms, analytics/recommendation systems, or data-driven applications
- Familiarity with accessibility, auditability, and operational governance considerations
