Logistics Security Cooperation Program Coordinator, Senior The Opportunity
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. You will serve as an Air Force client’s program coordinator regarding logistics‑specific theater security cooperation (TSC) operations, planning, and engagement.
Analyze the logistics components of budgeting, scheduling, coordination, tracking, and integration of security cooperation efforts into long‑range country plans, including building partnerships, capacity, and interoperability with allies and partners. Synchronize engagement programs with Combatant Command theater campaign plans (TCPs) and theater campaign orders (TCO), security cooperation plans, and other strategy documents to ensure client support for Air Force and U.S. national defense security priorities.
- 10+ years of experience with the Air Force.
- Experience with the logistics components of DoD security cooperation planning and engagements at the MAJCOM or CMAJCOM level.
- Experience with Logistics Readiness, Aircraft Maintenance, and A4 staff.
- Experience planning and executing large or small‑scale events.
- Knowledge of security cooperation principles or working with foreign partners.
- Knowledge of Air Force operations and organization, including campaign support plans, operation plans (OPLANs), orders, and the Time‑Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) process.
- Ability to travel up to 30‑40% of the time for conferences.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with the Air Force in the Pacific region.
- Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Knowledge of formal military and DoD staffing and coordination processes.
- Ability to work with and distinguish different Indo‑Pacific cultures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Clearance:
Top Secret clearance is required.
