AboutThe Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled CRM Administrator to lead day‑to‑day CRM operations and oversee critical integrations across LOS, PPE, POS, marketing, support, and enterprise data platforms. This role ensures clean, reliable, and real‑time data flows that support origination, pipeline visibility, compliance, and customer experience. If you’re passionate about data integrity, systems connectivity, and building scalable processes, this role offers ownership, impact, and visibility across the organization.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Administer CRM objects, fields, automations, validation rules, user permissions, and layouts
- Design and maintain bi‑directional integrations between CRM and LOS (e.g., Encompass), PPE, POS, marketing, finance, and analytics systems
- Drive data governance, quality standards, and lifecycle consistency across lead → loan → lock → fund
- Manage APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools with full monitoring, retries, and error handling
- Work closely with Compliance and Security to ensure PII protection and regulatory readiness
- Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Operations, Secondary, and Executive leadership
- Document integrations, data maps, data dictionaries, and operational runbooks
- 4–7+ years of CRM administration experience
- Hands‑on experience integrating CRM with LOS platforms (Encompass preferred)
- Strong understanding of APIs, iPaaS tools, and data mapping
- Experience designing systems for data governance, security, and audit readiness
- CRM or integration‑related certifications
- Mortgage industry experience (pricing, locks, LO comp, compliance workflows)
- Background with enterprise data platforms and BI/reporting tools
- 99.9%+ integration uptime with SLA adherence
- Near real‑time pipeline visibility between CRM and LOS
- Measurable improvements in data quality, accuracy, and reporting consistency
- High‑impact role with ownership over CRM and enterprise data integrations
- Cross‑functional visibility with Sales, Operations, Secondary, Marketing, and Executive teams
