Fusion Source Analyst

Role

As a Fusion Analyst you will be responsible for intelligence analytic production, responsible for maintaining common situational/battlespace awareness of ground order of battle, CIP/COP, inputs to JIPOE.

• Incorporate intelligence reporting from across the INTs and provide evaluation, feedback, and inputs to collection requirements for refining and honing intelligence collection to address current gaps.
• Collaborate across theater service components and INDOPACOM J2 to ensure USARPAC and theater requirements and priorities are communicated and met.
• Research, draft, coordinate, publish predictive finished all source analysis products on foreign military capabilities, order of battle, and I&W to inform senior government leadership and drive operations.

• SECURITY CLEARANCE: A current & active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• EDUCATION:
  • HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience
  • OR Associate’s degree and 9+ years of experience
  • OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience
• EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience in participating in all-source operational environments, mission management, or collection management as a trained Army 35F or branch equivalent
  • Experience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards, 3+ years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of signals intelligence analysis and reporting
  • Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, especially working with East Asian nations order of battle and ground domain awareness
