An Industrial Technician will perform maintenance and repairs as scheduled or required to attain maximum productivity and functionality in plant operations. The employee in this role must have strong communication, observational, and operational skills with an unbending focus on safety.

• Responsibly follow all procedures & policies regarding repairs & maintenance.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects in a highly effective, efficient, and safe manner.
• Support high performance in a professional healthcare & hospitality laundry environment through cleanliness and infection prevention.
• Work in conjunction with operations to keep equipment operating at a high level of efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot any mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Projects and tasks may include, but are not limited to: industrial equipment repair and/or maintenance; construction type tasks (painting, patching holes, etc.); electrical; plumbing; electronics.

• Problem solving – identify problems and issues of varying complexities and find effective solutions with few guidelines.
• Attention to detail – thorough and detailed method of working.
• Initiative – self-starter who spots opportunities and acts on them.

• Ability to effectively complete mechanical or electrical tasks in an industrial environment.
• Self-initiative, accountability, flexibility.

• Morning or evening shift available
• May include working on the weekends or during holidays

• Position is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Position is regularly required to walk, sit, climb, or balance, talk, and hear.
• Position is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

• The wage is no less than $24.00 per hour. Overtime pay starts at $36.00 per hour.
• A higher rate than $24.00 may be offered; overtime rate is 1.5X the offered hourly rate.
• Pay period details: weekly payroll; pay on the following Thursday after the end of the pay period.
• Rate increases and/or bonuses may be offered at the Company's discretion based on performance, skill, and tenure.
• Preauthorized deductions and participation in benefits plans are described; any deductions will be preauthorized in writing.

• Work environment typical of an industrial facility with noise and vibration. PPE will be required for certain tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

• Follow lawful employer safety and health rules and wear PPE when instructed.
