Our client is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Data Management to lead daily operations, ensure data accuracy, and oversee the complete lifecycle of provider information across our systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth claims payment, accurate member assignments, and reliable provider directory updates.

• Lead end-to-end provider data entry, verification, and maintenance processes.
• Ensure provider information is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards and contract requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex provider data issues.
• Analyse trends and recommend process improvements to reduce future issues.
• Assign tasks, manage workflow distribution, and support team productivity.
• Track team performance against quality and operational benchmarks.
• Conduct meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Train and mentor Provider Data Management Analysts and Team Leads.
• Support additional departmental responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years in provider data management, data analysis, customer service, or healthcare operations (claims, billing, provider relations, contracting).
• Experience in managed care, insurance, or medical office environments.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
