Summary / Position Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven business leader to join our team, focusing on growing omnichannel consulting services for commercial and medical affairs clients. In this role, you will showcase your experience as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the life sciences industry. As a senior leader in the advisory team, the Managing Director achieves success by designing novel and innovative solutions for clients, securing profitable business through sourcing, selling, and leading projects, and contributing to firm growth and development.

The Managing Director will contribute to setting business direction and strategy, thought leadership, and the overall growth and scalability of the omnichannel practice.

Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership and Business Growth
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the omnichannel practice, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify market trends and client needs to create service offerings that drive growth and differentiation.
  • Lead as a trusted advisor for clients; cultivate a strong understanding of clients’ needs, translating these into bespoke service offerings.
  • Source from their own network, secure and lead a $3 million annual book of business; develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, deliver compelling pitches, and lead contract negotiations to secure business deals.
  • Generate thought leadership to capitalize on industry trends and develop innovative solutions and capabilities.
Strategic Consulting & Omnichannel Design
  • Assess client organizational readiness for omnichannel transformation and recommend frameworks for capability development.
  • Guide clients in establishing governance structures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cross‑functional collaboration models to support omnichannel engagement, as well as change management initiatives to build internal understanding and adoption.
  • Partner with clients to define omnichannel objectives and develop actionable strategies to achieve them.
  • Oversee the creation of customer engagement journeys leveraging data‑driven insights, customer personas, and market research.
  • Provide executive‑level guidance on the integration of digital platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Implement best practices in content personalization, channel optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track value and impact, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
