Overview
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager in driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world‑class member experience. The AGM leads and coaches the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand.
Key Responsibilities Team Support & Leadership- Assist in supervising front‑line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to meet brand expectations.
- Act as a role model for the “Train Different” philosophy, fostering an energetic and welcoming environment.
- Manage the guest pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and touring prospective members.
- Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.
- Execute in‑club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign‑ups.
- Engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they arise.
- Conduct regular walk‑throughs to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with all company policies.
- 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs.

Compensation: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
