Starlink Gateway Production Technician - Temporary

Job Description

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components for Starlink Gateways.
• Build and test electrical sub‑assemblies, wire harnesses, RF components.
• Integrate PCBAs, antennas, and thermal management into chassis.
• Perform conformal coating, potting, masking, epoxy applications.
• Operate automated manufacturing equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct functional and environmental testing of hardware (thermal, vibration).

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ year hands‑on mechanical assembly/manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years electro‑mechanical assembly or precision manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with RF components, antennas, and outdoor telecom gear (plus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital manufacturing systems.
