NSF NOIRLab seeks an experienced Senior Software Systems Architect to define the NOIRLab Program Platform (NPP) architecture and integration strategy. You will work with scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to mature requirements, Con Ops, and verification plans across Gemini, Rubin, GMT, and CSDC.
You will lead API/ICD development, interface control, and verification frameworks while coordinating across distributed teams to enable phased deployment and long-term operations.
