We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment
. This role requires strong critical care skills, flexibility with scheduling, and the ability to provide high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Perform continuous patient assessments and manage complex care plans
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced life-support equipment
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to changes in patient condition
• Utilize the electronic medical record system for accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes
• Float to other critical care or step-down units as needed
• Participate in scheduled on-call shifts as required

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 2:1

• Up to 40 hours of orientation provided

• Active State RN license (must be valid by assignment start)
• Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required (can be completed during orientation if not current)
• Ability to work flexible day or night shifts and on-call rotations
