** Exciting Opportunity for HI-CVU RN - Varied Shift!** - Are you ready to elevate your nursing career in a dynamic and engaging environment? - Join a 15-bed Progressive Care Unit featuring a blend of Step-down ICU and telemetry care.
** Key Highlights:**
- ** Patient Ratio:** - 1:4 for Progressive Care - 1:3 for Step-down ICU
- ** Weekly

Schedule:

** - Scheduled 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation - No guaranteed hours, no call required

* Duties & Responsibilities:

** - Provide primary nursing care - Perform telemetry monitoring and strip reading - Conduct fingerstick blood sugar tests
- ** Equipment Utilized:** - Meditech for charting - Pyxis for medication management - BIPAP and continuous cardiac monitoring
** Requirements:**
- *
* Experience:

** - Minimum of 2 years in hospital acute care within the last year - Progressive care and telemetry experience preferred
- *
* Certifications:

** - ACLS preferred - Current PALS preferred - NIHSS certification preferred
- ** Floating:** - Flexibility to float to all acute units in-house including Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU, and ER
- ** Dress Code:** - Scrubs required
