** Exciting Opportunity for HI-CVU RN - Varied Shift!** *
* Job Description:
** - Join a dynamic Progressive Care Unit with a rewarding 15-bed setup! - Provide exceptional nursing care in 3 Step Down ICU beds and 12 telemetry beds.
- Optimal nurse-to-patient ratios:
- 1:4 for Progressive Care - 1:3 for Step Down ICU
- Schedule:
- 36 hours per week after your first week of orientation.
- No guarantee of hours, but flexible and varied shifts available.

Duties Include:
- Primary nursing care and telemetry monitoring.
- Proficient telemetry strip reading.
- Accurate fingerstick blood sugar checks.
- Equipment You Will Utilize:
- Meditech charting system - Pyxis for medication management - BIPAP machines - Continuous cardiac monitoring devices
- Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of hospital acute care experience within the last year.
- Progressive care and telemetry experience strongly preferred.
- Certifications/Requirements:
- ACLS preferred - Current PALS preferred - NIHSS certification preferred - Additional Duties:
- Floating to all acute care units in-house (Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU, and ER possible).
- Dress Code:
- Scrubs
