RN - Mother-Baby​/Post Partum

Variable - Day and Night shifts possible, 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation. Scheduled 12 hours on call at least once monthly. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

The Labor and Delivery Nurse will provide care for laboring mothers, assist with delivery, and provide immediate care for newborns along with post-delivery care for mothers. Nurses will utilize computerized systems and fetal monitoring equipment.

• Care for laboring mothers throughout the labor and delivery process.
• Assist in delivery and provide immediate newborn care.
• Administer post-delivery care to mothers.
• Utilize Meditech for documentation and GE/Centricity for fetal monitoring.

• Minimum of 3 years of labor and delivery experience required.
• Active Hawaii license required by the start of assignment.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS and NRP (required); STABLE and Advanced FM (recommended).
