Registered Nurse (RN) | Oncology –
Location:
Hilo, HI. Agency:
Adelphi Healthcare. Pay: $60 per hour.
Shift: Days.
Contract:
13 weeks.
Start date:
ASAP.
Travel Nurse Source is working with Adelphi Healthcare to find a qualified Oncology RN in Hilo, Hawaii (96720).
Responsibilities- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments safely.
- Monitor patients for side effects and adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and supportive care.
- Document care and treatment accurately.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in oncology nursing or hematology preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills. BLS required; OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) preferred.
