American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a night shift travel contract in Hawaii, requiring a valid HI RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
Details- Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department that includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
- Fast‑paced environment with high patient turnover
- Night shift schedule consisting of three 12‑hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly), beginning after the first week of orientation
- 13‑week contract
- Active Hawaii (HI) RN license required by start of assignment
- Current certifications required: BLS, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required
- Team-oriented work environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and efficiency
- All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of their assignment; this appointment is scheduled at Hilo Employee Health and attendance is mandatory
- Plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before your Monday start date in order to complete the Employee Health appointment on the preceding Friday morning
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
