Global Elite Healthcare is hiring dedicated nurses for placement at Hale Makua Health Services in Kahului, Maui – a trusted, nonprofit facility devoted to improving the well-being of Maui’s elders through personalized, compassionate care.

Hale Makua Health Services – Kahului is a 254-bed post-acute and long-term care facility committed to helping Maui’s senior community live their best lives. Located in central Maui, the Kahului campus offers a supportive environment for both patients and healthcare professionals.

As an LPN placed by Global Elite Healthcare, you will deliver direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, and best practices in geriatric nursing.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Accept and transcribe telephone orders accurately into the medical record.
• Maintain inventory of medications and clinical supplies; coordinate with pharmacy/suppliers.
• Conduct and document comprehensive assessments on admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Identify resident needs and implement appropriate care plans and interventions.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in the State of Hawaii (required).
• Experience in geriatric nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Proficient in medical terminology and clinical documentation.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred (training can be provided onsite).
