Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Schedule:

12-hour shifts - Days (0645 to 1915) - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation.

Requirements:

• Active state license required prior to assignment start
• BLS, ACLS (Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC)
• 2-10 years of experience
• Experience with Meditech EMR, pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in medical and surgical units.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must arrive the Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday.
• Professional nursing attire required - clean scrubs.
