Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. A Hawaii license is required by the start of assignment.

Day or Night Shift Availability (TBD); a 13‑week contract with 36 hours scheduled per week after the first full week of orientation. The position will require working various shift lengths and days with no guaranteed hours or shift preference, so flexibility is essential.

General duties include RN med‑/surg level care for patients 18 and older, with the possibility of floating to surgical pediatrics or transitional care units. Equipment used on the unit includes Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes, and other standard nursing instruments.

Required qualifications:

2+ years of med‑surg or higher level of care experience; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Unit details: 50‑bed medical unit with a self‑contained environment; 1:5 nurse‑to‑patient ratio; professional nursing attire mandatory; closed‑toe shoes required; no specific scrub color.

Orientation and training are provided during the first week of employment.
