RN Surgical Acute Med-surg Adult

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Surgical Acute Med-surg Adult department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering safe and effective nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and maintaining patients' vital signs and medical equipment
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Surgical Acute Med-surg Adult setting
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
