Travel Nurse - RN - Stepdown Unit

We are seeking an experienced Stepdown Unit Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a hospital setting.

• Assessing patient needs, signs, and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting data, diagnoses, and care plans.
• Educating patients and families about their health and care strategies.
• Revising care plans based on patient evaluations and medical changes.

• Active RN license from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• At least eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care PCU/Step-down environment.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
