Long Term Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care Nurse to work in a long-term care facility located on the site of a hospital. The nurse will perform essential tasks including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and patient notifications to medical professionals. Responsibilities also encompass admitting and discharging patients, providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and specialized care procedures.

This position requires flexibility, with varied shifts including weekends and holidays. There is no guarantee of hours or shift preference, so candidates must be adaptable.

Valid nursing license appropriate to practice in the state.

Proof of flu vaccination is required prior to the contract start date.

Capability to arrive for health clearance appointment on the Thursday before the start date.
