• Conduct patient assessments and implement treatments as prescribed
• Administer medications and notify the MD/NP of pertinent information
• Manage admitting and discharge processes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
• Provide care for Gastrostomy Tube, Urinary Catheter, and Nebulized Treatments
• Manage wound vac care, CPAP therapy, and Tracheostomy care
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

• Availability for 8-hour shifts with varied scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date (may be administered during employee health clearance)
• Must arrive the Thursday before start date to attend the employee health appointment on Friday
• Accepts contract duration of 13 weeks and travel assignment requirements
• Normal position urgency as indicated in the job notes
