LPN - LTC (Long-Term Care) - Varied Schedule

Position Overview: Provide comprehensive patient care in a long-term care facility, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Perform ADL assistance, manage Gastrostomy Tube, Urinary Catheter, Wound Vac, CPAP, and Tracheostomy care, and notify MD/NP of pertinent information. Admitting and discharging patients, along with other assigned duties, are essential components of the role.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be flexible with shift hours, including weekends and holidays. Proof of flu vaccination required prior to start; vaccination can be administered during health clearance.
