Emergency Room Nurse – Emergency Nursing
Schedule:
Nights - 3 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation.
Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 15 weeks Guaranteed
Hours:
No guarantee of hours.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid state license by the start of the assignment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
- Assess patients to determine the severity of their conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and deliver medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.
Compliance / Notes:
Must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday.
