Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Emergency Room RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves managing a variety of acute medical situations across a 28-bed department.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prioritize patient needs upon arrival to ensure timely care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care.
• Assist in trauma response, including management of trauma bays.
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent ER nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in trauma and cardiac monitoring.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
