Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Nights - 3 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation. No guaranteed hours.
The emergency department operates with 28 beds, comprising 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms. The environment is fast-paced with rapid patient turnover, emphasizing a team-oriented approach. Candidates are required to have a valid Hawaii RN license by the start of the assignment.
Provide efficient and effective nursing care in a high-demand emergency room setting.
Manage the treatment of patients within a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize critical thinking skills for rapid assessment and intervention.
Active Hawaii RN license required before the start of the assignment.
Demonstrated experience in an emergency room setting preferred.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a diverse patient population.
