Meditech - Skills:
Familiarity with pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across various medical and surgical units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
Compliance / Notes:
- Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend an employee health appointment on Friday.
- Professional nursing attire required (clean scrubs).
