Ohana Pacific Health seeks a Resident Care Manager / RN to supervise the nursing team and oversee the unit and daily care of residents. You will coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers, keeping the Director of Nursing informed of progress and potential issues.
You will plan and supervise resident care, continually assess residents, participate in planning conferences, monitor quality indicators, and support continuous quality improvement efforts.
