Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide critical patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position requires a Hawaii nursing license and relevant certifications to ensure high-quality emergency healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients in a 13-week assignment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize and manage patient needs efficiently.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, including trauma and cardiac cases.
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies, adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current Hawaii State Nursing License prior to start date.
• Hold Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Demonstrate experience in a busy emergency department setting preferred.
• Be able to work three 12-hour shifts weekly with flexible scheduling.
• Have strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
