Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Schedule:

Scheduled 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours.

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed

Requirements:

• Active state license required by the start of the assignment
• At least 1 year of hospital acute care within the last year
• Progressive Care and telemetry experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Current PALS certification preferred
• NIHSS certification preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide primary nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit.
• Monitor telemetry readings and perform telemetry strip readings.
• Conduct fingerstick blood sugar tests as needed.
• Float to other acute units within the facility as required.

Compliance / Notes:
Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend employee health appointment on Friday. Dress code:
Scrubs.
