LPN – Long Term Care
Variable shifts based on census and facility need.
13-week assignment.
Must have experience working in Long Term Care settings.
Active LPN license required.
Proof of flu vaccination or approved exception required prior to contract start date.
Perform assessments and treatments.
Administer medications and notify pertinent medical personnel of important information.
Assist with admissions and discharges.
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Care for gastrostomy tubes and urinary catheters.
Administer nebulized treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care as assigned.
Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment on Friday.
