American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care position requiring an active HI RN license and flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Details- Long Term Care facility located on-site of a hospital
- 13-week assignment
- 8-hour shifts on a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Candidate must be flexible with no guarantee of specific hours or shift preference
- Active HI RN license required by start of assignment; candidates may apply upon acceptance of offer if not currently licensed
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Notifies MD/NP of pertinent patient information
- Performs admitting and discharging duties along with ADL assistance
- Provides Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, and Tracheostomy care
- Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to start of assignment for a scheduled appointment
- Travelers should plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to report to Employee Health that Friday morning
