Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in a Progressive Care Unit located in Hilo, Hawaii, for an engaging 13-week contract. This role is perfect for registered nurses experienced in acute care, telemetry, and step-down units who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be primarily responsible for providing primary nursing care, monitoring telemetry systems, reading cardiac strips, and managing fingerstick blood sugars. The setting features a 15-bed unit with a mix of ICU and telemetry beds, offering a unique opportunity to apply your skills across different types of patient care.

Expect to work a scheduled 36-hour week, primarily on varied shifts, with no call required. Hawaii license is necessary upon acceptance, as no traveler currently in possession of an active license will be considered.
